As one of the founding members of Rampal Group, he has played a crucial role in structuring and arranging finance for the company's growth.

He has spent the majority of his career in investment banking and maintains excellent connections with bankers such as Chase. The origins of the Rampal Group. This proprietary firm was formed by the family members of Rampal in 1952. We are now renowned as the pioneers of manufacturing textiles and a leading provider to the city of Ludhiana Punjab.

Rampal Holdings was formed in 2004 as the umbrella overseeing organisation for current and future companies to be listed under. Major activities of this company include urban development, energy as well as government and private projects.

RAMPAL IMPEX PVT LTD

In 2010 the Rampal Group ventured into import / export commodity trading, importing goods and supplies from India and exporting on a global scale.

RAMPAL HOLDING (HK) LTD

Rampal Holding (HK) Limited has been incorporated under the companies act of Hong Kong in the 2012. The company’s major activities till date are international trading specifically to the Far East region.

In 2016 Rampal Media Private Limited was formed to carry out services in films and animations, DTH and cables, TV channels, print media (newspapers, magazines etc.) and digital media.
